At TTRacing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ergonomic setup; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the chair in its original box, ensuring all components are protected, and drop it off at the designated courier point.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the item for damages, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
